Dodge Charger: Gasoline Powertrain Returns
The Dodge Charger’s gas-powered era isn’t over. It's coming back stronger for 2026 with the debut of the four-door Charger Scat Pack, now available alongside the existing two-door model. This new sedan packs the high-output 3.0L twin-turbo SIXPACK engine, delivering 550 horsepower, 531 lb-ft of torque, and a 0–60 time of just 3.9 seconds, making it the most powerful sedan under $60,000. Standard all-wheel drive with a rear-drive mode, Launch Control, Line Lock, Brembo brakes, and dual-mode exhaust keep the muscle-car personality intact, while the cabin mirrors the two-door’s premium, performance-focused design with leather-and-suede seating and a 12.3-inch Uconnect display.
Jeep Cherokee: An Icon Reinvented
The Jeep Cherokee returns for 2026 with a new hybrid powertrain that pairs a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a two-motor hybrid transmission, delivering an estimated 37 mpg combined and 210 horsepower. Stellantis’ Hybrid Drive Control Unit seamlessly manages power between the engine, motors, and battery, allowing electric-only driving up to 62 mph without ever needing to plug in. True to its roots, the 2026 Cherokee comes standard with Jeep Active Drive I 4x4 and Selec-Terrain, automatically shifting between front- and four-wheel drive to balance traction and efficiency.
Ram 1500: Return of the 5.7-liter HEMI® V8
The legendary 5.7-liter HEMI V8 is back for the 2026 Ram 1500, responding directly to customer demand. The V8 delivers 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque, paired with eTorque hybrid technology for smoother launches, improved efficiency, and enhanced throttle response. The eTorque system’s 48-volt motor generator, regenerative braking, and torque-fill capability enhance performance while reducing noise and vibration, and the 5.7-liter engine provides a towing capacity up to 11,320 pounds and a payload up to 1,650 pounds.
