How Do You Get to 'Sesame Street'? With a Chrysler Pacifica, Of Course

The Chrysler Pacifica is about to get even more popular

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has recently announced that it's partnering with the iconic children's show, Sesame Street, to create a series of 10 online commercials featuring everyone's beloved childhood characters alongside the Chrysler Pacifica and the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid.

“Partnering with Chrysler will help us extend our reach in new and creative ways, and support Sesame Workshop's nonprofit mission to help kids grow smarter, stronger, and kinder," says Steve Youngwood, chief operating officer of Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit supporting the show. “We’re thrilled to work with a brand that stands for a deep commitment to families and children.”

A new type of partnership

FCA will be sponsoring Sesame Street on PBS, although the videos will primarily be playing on the automaker's YouTube channel. The partnership is a point of pride for FCA, as Sesame Street is notoriously selective about the companies it partners with. The last time the show partnered with an automaker was in 1998.
